Articulate and make decisions around link analysis budgets and RF equipment characteristics. Conduct spectrum surveys and use related tools to dissect spectrums for operational selection. Review and contribute to signal processing baseline documents RFCs. Attend and contribute to Stakeholder Requirement Reviews (SRRs), Design Reviews, technical notes from TEMs and other exchanges (meeting minutes, teleconferences with stakeholders). Attend and contribute to the regular community-wide working groups, issues TEMs, and other meetings. Use various tools required in support of scheduling RF tests and test execution. Contribute and review of new capability and CONOP development. Support testing reviews and facilitation of test events (boots on the ground planning).
Qualifications:
- Requires 10 to 12 years with BS/BA or 8 to 10 years with MS/MA or 5 to 7 years with PhD
- Electrical Engineering degree or similar.
